TW Engineering designed and built RACKRANGE™ — a full 16-module custom WMS (in Thai) for Loha Prathip Co., Ltd. (LPI). The system covers every metal-warehouse process: Inbound (Raw Material / FG / Tooling) — BOM — Approval — Outbound — Shipping, with multi-warehouse, multi-zone, QR scanning, and stock-level alerts.

Problem

The challenge

Loha Prathip handles multiple metal warehouse types (Raw Material, FG, Tooling) that must be tracked and tied to BOM, Job orders, and Supplier records. Their existing system could not handle the complexity, lacked low-stock and expiry alerts, and could not trace individual lots — leading to frequent out-of-stocks.
